This drawing took me forever. I mean FOR EVER. I think it has made it into the "Top 3" of my most elaborated and time-consuming works.
As I need to improve my environmental drawing skills, I decided to draw a really detailed landscape.
And yeah, surprise, it is a landscape from my fantasy world "Terra Aluvis". You see one of the Twelve Heavenly Sanctuaries, Velas Cayohn, at sunset. Magic crystals, also called "Qualeth", are 'growing' on the floating rocks.
No reference. No photomanipulation.
